Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Larp AI. This page explains the refund approach we plan to offer on paid plans once the app launches. There is a free Lite tier specifically so you can try the core voice changer before paying for anything.
The short version
- Try before you buy. The Free Lite tier lets you test the real-time voice changer and basic features at no cost, on Windows and macOS.
- Proposed money-back window: 14 days. We plan to offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid purchases — confirmed at launch.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel a Pro subscription whenever you like; it then stops renewing.
Proposed money-back guarantee
For first-time paid purchases — the Pro subscription or the Lifetime buyout — we intend to offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Larp AI isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the amount paid. Subscriptions
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing — you won't be charged again. Outside the money-back window, payments already made for a started billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Lifetime buyout
The one-time Lifetime buyout is covered by the same proposed 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After that window, the purchase is generally final, since you keep permanent access to the version you bought.
AI cloud credits
Some optional features use third-party AI providers (for example ElevenLabs text-to-speech) that may run on metered credits. Where a feature consumes credits or pass-through usage, any portion already used may be deducted from a refund. We'll spell out the exact handling at launch once the cloud cost model is finalized.
How to request a refund
Once paid plans are live, you'll be able to request a refund by contacting our support address with your purchase details. We'll confirm the support email and any in-app refund route here before launch. (Draft — support email to be confirmed.)
Exceptions
- Refunds requested outside the stated money-back window.
- Requests tied to violations of our Terms of Service or Responsible use commitments.
- Where local law requires different treatment, the law takes precedence.
Changes to this policy
As we move from pre-launch to launch, this policy will be finalized. We'll update the "Last updated" date when it changes, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
