Larp Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Larp AI. There is a free Lite tier specifically so you can try the real-time voice changer before paying for anything, and every first-time paid purchase is backed by the guarantee below.
The short version
- Try before you buy. Lite is free, no card needed, and includes the real-time voice changer, soundboard, recorder and free TTS voices.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Your first Pro or Lifetime Pro purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Cancel any time. A Pro subscription stops renewing the moment you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
14-day money-back guarantee
For your first paid purchase — a Pro subscription or the Lifetime Pro buyout — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method. No reason needed. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
Subscriptions
You can cancel Pro at any time from the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops — you won't be charged again. Outside the 14-day window, payments already made for a started billing period are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you didn't use, email us within 7 days of that charge and we'll sort it out.
Lifetime Pro
The one-time Lifetime Pro purchase is covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After that window the purchase is final, since you keep permanent access to the app.
Free codes & promo codes
Free-trial codes (such as launch promos) and giveaway codes have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged. If you buy a plan while a free trial from a code is still running, your paid period starts when the trial ends.
AI cloud credits
Optional features that use a third-party AI provider (for example ElevenLabs text-to-speech) run on your own key and credits with that provider, which we don't bill for and can't refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@larpai.net from the address you bought with, and include the email on your receipt or your license key. We'll confirm within 2 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds requested outside the 14-day money-back window.
- Second and later purchases of the same plan by the same person (the guarantee is for first-time purchases).
- Licenses revoked for violating our Terms of Service, including non-consensual deepfakes, key sharing or resale.
- Where local law requires different treatment, the law takes precedence.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
